What are the payment methods?
Payment by credit card (in up to 12 installments), Pix, or bank slip through Mercado Pago. Confirmation is processed immediately for credit cards and Pix. If you are outside Brazil, you can pay via Stripe.
How do I get access to the products?

Will my project be stored in the cloud?
The projects you create will be stored in the cloud for your security. You'll receive a Notion link and a PDF containing your deliverables and a backup of your projects.
How are we going to get my service started?
You’ll have access to our team either through the product itself or in the members’ area, where you can schedule your meeting and respond to the briefing. Our team will also contact you right away, and you’ll have access to all of our customer service contacts. From there, you’ll enter the creative process and our 5D Method for transparent development.
What about the rules for sharing and resale?
The license is strictly individual and non-transferable. You may sell the finished design to your clients. Redistribution, resale or sharing of the original assets is prohibited and legally monitored.
How does the cancellation policy work?
Since this is a service, you are entitled to a refund period proportional to the development time. A full refund is guaranteed if no development work has been performed, within the timeframe specified in ByMariana’s Terms of Service. Please read our FAQ.
Are the products sent physically?
The delivery is 100% digital. The platform provides technical guidelines for home printing if the user wishes to materialize the digital guides and books.
