Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy establishes the guidelines for withdrawals and refunds on ByMariana's digital products and personalized services.

1. Ready-made digital products and e-books

The customer has a legal period of 7 (seven) calendar days from confirmation of payment to request withdrawal from the purchase of ready-made products or e-books. A full refund will only be given if the content has not been downloaded or used. Misuse of designs after cancellation constitutes copyright infringement and subjects the offender to the appropriate legal measures.

2. Copy Protocol in the Members Area

The members“ area offers a ”Live Preview“ feature, allowing you to check the design in its entirety before purchasing it for editing. By clicking on the ”Copy" button, the customer expresses their full acceptance and starts consuming the digital item immediately. As this is an editable and downloadable product, the act of copying implies a waiver of the right to a refund.

3. On-Demand Design Services

Customized and tailor-made projects allow partial cancellation with a proportional refund. The calculation of the amount to be refunded takes into account the technical time invested and operating costs mobilized up to the date of formalization of the order. Projects that have been completed or whose stages have been formally approved by the client are not eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation procedures

The request to interrupt the service or withdraw from the purchase must be sent in writing to [email protected] with the order number. For on-demand services, the team assesses the stage of the project to determine the residual balance to be refunded. For digital products, the amount is refunded in full if there is no record of access to the copy or download in the system. Once a copy has been made, the refund becomes unavailable due to the immediate consumption nature of the content.

5. Refunds and deadlines

Refunds will be made within 30 (thirty) working days of confirmation of the request. Payment will be processed by the same method used for the original purchase, unless specifically negotiated between the parties.

6. Intellectual property

Files, drafts or partial deliveries made available during the development of on-demand projects belong to ByMariana. The use, reproduction or direct inspiration of these materials without full discharge of the project is prohibited.
