What is the reimbursement protocol for digital assets? #

We use a system of total transparency. The customer can validate the product by viewing it live before making the final decision. When downloading or copying to your personal account, the consumption of the item is consolidated. As these are transferable digital files, the right to a refund ends when the file is integrated into the buyer's assets.

Are the solutions compatible with free tool accounts? #

The license is individual. The buyer can apply the designs to their own projects or to work for their clients. Resale of the original files, access sharing or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited. Violations are monitored and subject to legal sanctions.
