Who owns the copyright to the final project? #

Once the service has been fully paid for, the rights to use the final design are transferred to the client for the purposes set out in the contract. Intellectual authorship remains with Mariana Machado, with the exception of PIV logo, The copyright is transferred to the contractor. Use is authorized for brand communication, but the resale of any asset is strictly forbidden, subjecting the offender to legal action for copyright infringement.

Can I register the PIV Logo and have ownership in my name? #

Yes. In the specific case of logos and brands, the copyright is fully transferred to the client. This transfer allows the owner to register the trademark with the relevant authorities, guaranteeing exclusive legal protection and control over the visual identity of their business.

Is it allowed to use partial materials or files after a cancellation? #

No. Any material, drafts or intermediate deliverables made available during the development of the project may not be used, reproduced or used as a basis for third parties after termination. Termination of the service immediately voids any license to use unfinished content.

Does ByMariana develop 3D logos, mascots or caricatures? #

No. Our technical and aesthetic focus is on high-end minimalist design with a sophisticated visual impact. We do not include 3D solutions, manual illustrations, mascots or caricatures in our delivery. We prioritize visual language that communicates authority, refinement and professionalism in the High-Ticket market.

How is copyright enforced in the Members Area? #

All the content, methods and designs available in our Members Area are protected by intellectual property laws. Access grants the right to use and apply under the terms of the license acquired, and the distribution, sharing of access or reproduction of original files outside the ByMariana ecosystem is prohibited.
