How does ByMariana guarantee the quality of the solutions it delivers? #

Quality is ensured by the application of the 5D Method and Mariana Machado's experience of over 35 years. We use the best tools on the market to create designs that combine luxury aesthetics and strategic functionality, ensuring that each delivery is a tool of real differentiation for the client.

Is there a need for long-term contracts? #

No. We operate with a focus on the specific needs of each project. We also have contract modalities for senior work hours, but they are not listed in this store, for information, get in touch. Our services are modular and flexible, allowing clients to contract tailor-made solutions as their business evolves, without the need for lengthy contracts.

Do the products and services come with a license? #

Yes. Every purchase includes a license certifying the legitimacy of the package. For design assets in Canva, the license is integrated as the first frame of the file. This frame is locked by default and must be kept in the design to guarantee the validity of your license and the origin of the material.

What file formats are available for delivery? #

We deliver files in the most efficient formats for digital and printed use, including EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, MP4, DOCx, PAGES, XLS and NUMBERS. We do not supply matrix files or files opened in software that does not run on the MAC, such as CorelDRAW (CDR).

Will I receive several design options to choose from? #

Our methodology focuses on delivering a unique and highly personalized proposal. We believe that strategic design should present the best possible solution to the problem presented, rather than a list of options for subjective choice. The project is built on the data validated in the Targeting and Discovery phases.

What happens if there is a need to adjust the submitted proposal? #

We are committed to the accuracy of the result. If the initial proposal requires calibration, we analyze the technical feedback and make the necessary adjustments to align the design with the strategic vision established at the start of the project.

How do deadlines count in “working hours”? #

The operational schedule takes into account the period from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. Deadlines defined in working hours exclude weekends and public holidays. Purchases made outside this period start counting from 8am on the next working day.

Is the delivery time affected by the simplicity of the project? #

The official deadline is the one established at the time of purchase and validated once the technical form has been completed. Although agility is a hallmark of ByMariana, we respect the time needed for immersion and the technical detail required by our quality standards.

How do I receive the finished project? #

Delivery is organized through our Members Area or via email directly into our eternal cloud, depending on the nature of the service. The client receives a file structure ready for immediate implementation, accompanied by all the necessary guidelines for using the assets.
