Is it possible to cancel a service after contracting it? #

Yes. The customer can request the interruption of a service within 24 hours of purchase. This deadline allows cancellation before the team mobilizes technical resources for the initial phases of the 5D Method.

How do returns work for finished products and e-books? #

Ready-made products and e-books have a 7-day withdrawal period. A full refund is conditional on the files not being used. The action of copying the template to your Canva account or downloading the e-book constitutes immediate consumption of the digital good, ending the right to a refund.

What is the procedure for canceling a finished product? #

The request must be formalized by emailing [email protected] within 7 calendar days, stating the request number. The team will audit the system to confirm that there has been no definitive access to the files.

Is it possible to get a full refund on design packages and e-books? #

Yes, as long as the assets remain in the Members Area without having been downloaded or transferred to the user's Canva. The system records each interaction; identification of copying or downloading invalidates the request for a full refund.

What happens if you cancel after 7 days? #

Requests made after 7 days from the start of the project or subscription are not eligible for reimbursement. For on-demand services, this deadline is strict due to the team's technical hours allocation schedule.

How is the proportional refund calculated for personalized services? #

The calculation is based on the volume of technical hours invested up to the time the cancellation is formalized. The amount returned subtracts the work already done in the Targeting, Discovery or Development stages, as well as the administrative costs of the operation.

What is the deadline for receiving the reimbursed amounts? #

The credit is processed within 30 working days of confirmation of the return request. The refund uses the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, following the rules of the card operators or banking systems.

Do refunds occur automatically after cancellation? #

No. Each order goes through a technical analysis. We check the consumption status in the Members Area and the progress of tailor-made projects. In the case of online courses, interruption of access and refunds are immediate, provided they are requested within the legal time limit.

Are there any cancellation fees or fines for on-demand services? #

We do not apply punitive fines. The financial adjustment is purely technical, reflecting the actual progress of the project and the expenses generated by mobilizing the team up to the date of the interruption request.
