The contract is made directly on our platform. We accept payments via PIX and credit cards in up to 12 installments. After confirmation, the customer receives immediate access to our Members Area for ready-made products or the technical form for starting bespoke projects.

The form initiates the Targeting and Discovery phases of the 5D method. In it, the client provides strategic objectives, aesthetic references and essential business elements. The more precise the information, the more assertive our team's technical immersion will be in developing the solution.

Is it possible to change the briefing after sending the form? #

We recommend that you check the data carefully before sending it. If significant adjustments are required, contact should be made immediately. Changes after the start of the Development phase may have an impact on the project's schedule and cost structure.

How are delivery times set? #

For personalized services, the flow is managed through the Steering, Discovery and Development stages. The client monitors progress through strategic communications. In the case of Marketplace products or courses, access to materials and strategies is released instantly in the members' area.

How do I receive the final and bonus files? #

After approval in the Detailing phase, the final files and applicable bonuses are sent to the registered e-mail address or made available in the client's documentation center. We guarantee the organization of the assets so that implementation is immediate and efficient.
